Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

You need to convert it to MOBI to open it.

4.file>open file location icon>double click on the file>opens with PDF reader
5.yes, after undergoing the same file opening procedure the file opens with the PDF reader but it displays only the cover page (page 1) only.
6. No, i only get a successful download pop-up.
7. Yes.

Please assist me on what to do so as to download the complete book for my device.

As explained in the first post, in cases such as yours you need to report it via your Update tab.

You need the App to open it. As stated on your Review Team Page, once chosen the format can't be changed. You can try to convert the file yourself via the free Calibre App. Otherwise, you need to quit the book via your Update tab.

You should try to download it to your PC, and then move it to your device. If it still doesn't work, you should report it via your Update tab.

You can't open the file without the App.

You need to convert the file to MOBI to read on the Kindle App. If you can't, you should quit the book via your Update tab.

You need the Nook App to open it.

No. Once chosen, the format can't be changed. It says so on your Review Team Page. You can try to convert the file to PDF via the free Calibre App. If you can't, you need to quit the book via your Update tab.
