I am sorry, we can't help with the App. You can try to convert the file to pdf. If you can't, you need to quit the book via your update tab.

I am reviewing Kalayla, a book written by Jeannie Nicholas. I choose to open a book with Mobi but my device does not have an app supported to open it, I only have PDF on my device.
Thank you

If it Self-purchase, you need to buy the book from Amazon or elsewhere. If you can't, you need to report it or quit the book via your Update tab. You should have checked the availability of the book before you picked that format.Vanessa Maina wrote: ↑30 Jun 2021, 17:30 1. Self-purchase

I’ve tried multiple times and everything else I try is downloading so I don’t think it’s service. I also just downloaded the kindle reading app in case it would open through that.

Have you tried it on a PC? Please try and if it still doesn't work, you need to report it via your Update tab.
