Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

3. Opened it as the app a d website instructed.
4/5. Upon opening the app and clicking on the book it appears the "Praise for The Unfakeable Code", the contents, introduction, and much of the book are jumbled up to the point it's unreadable. Paragraphs start and end with partial words, parts of the book are mixed in with the aforementioned praises, contents, etc.
6. No error message.
7. Followed all Tips that I could apply, but none really apply to this situation. I believe the book was possibly uploaded incorrectly.

4. I tried using an ePub reader I got from playstore it returned an error message saying it cannot open a zip file. Then I downloaded another app and got a similar response. Then I tried downloading a zip file extractor. Still I got an error message.
Please note that I also tried downloading the OBC app and the Free Nook app recommend here, they are both apparently not available in my country. The Kindle app also refused download, no reason was given here.
5. I have before opened ePubs using an app similar to what I used here without a problem. I think the unique thing here is the error stating that this is a zip file.
6. Yes. With the ePub readers it says something like "Cannot open zip file". On the zip file extractors it just says error.
7. I tried two ePub readers; i) Reasily, ii) ePub reader. Then for the zip file extractor i used Fast Unzip Unrar Tool. All downloaded from playstore.

2. Am using an Android phone
3. Yes i have successfully opened a file of this format on the same device.
4. The step i took to open the previous file was to download the book and then use google playbook to open and read. I tried using the same playbook to open this file but it didn't open at all. I previously submitted this error report about a week ago but i got no response after successful submission.
5. It goes wrong upon attempt to open the book. It just displays plain pages with nothing to read.
6. There's no error message, it just opens showing blank pages.
7. I downloaded OBC Reader from google play store, but it also didn't open the book.

But the last book just open the first page on OBC and the half of it directly, i reported that
But now it affect my score as it counts as incomplete review which i know it's not my fault
