You need the Nook App to open it. You can try to convert it to MOBI (if you have the Kindle App) or to pdf.Siegfried0911 wrote: ↑07 Jan 2021, 22:17 1. The file format is epub.

2. I'm using my Samsung Galaxy on56
3. yes I have successfully opened a document of this format before.
4. Usually, I download the document and then go straight to the app I use to read (Lithium) and it usually automatically transfers to the app. This book however did not. So I looked through my documents and found it, decided to open it from there but it wouldn't open and presented a sort of error.
5. I use a different app from the above listed, but the file refused to open in the app
6. ERROR
7.I did read them though I have not tried either app. I'll be sure to check them out.

You can try to convert the file to pdf. If it doesn't work, you need to quit the book via your Update tab.Simzreviews wrote: ↑21 Jan 2021, 22:54 1. EPUB

I am sorry, we can't help you with the Nook App. You can try to convert the file to pdf or to Mobi (if you have the kindle App). Otherwise, you will need to quit the book.Esther womulabira wrote: ↑26 Jan 2021, 10:54 1. ePUB

I have already submitted an error report, detailed the problem and posted a reply TWICE on this platform. In fact I received a reply that I cannot be helped but can try using kindle to open this ePub file. If it fails I should quit trying to review the book!

We can't help you with the installation of the NOOK ePub reader, so I tried to offer other solutions. If they don't work, your only options were either to report it or quit the book via your Update tab. If you reported it via your Review Team Page, you should wait for their answer. I can't help you further.Esther womulabira wrote: ↑29 Jan 2021, 13:59 Opening an ePub file for My Friend Marilyn

Despite all this I keep getting reminders to update the status of the book My Friend Marilyn. The last remind was actually a threat to close my account! Please help me to find the right place to quit. Thank you
