Re: Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)
And how do I convert with Calibre app (I don't even know it this one is available in my country as well) if my phone doesn't even recognise the presence of the epub file?

You should move the book to a PC to convert it.
You should google the Calibre App and see if it is available to you. You can try to convert it via other Apps (google how to convert files). If you can't, you will need to report it or quit the book via your Update tab.

You can try to convert it to PDF via the free Calibre App. Otherwise, you need to quit the book via your Update tab.

You need the Apps to read it. If none works for you, you should quit the book via your Update tab.

You need to report it or quit the book via your Update tab, then.

When I tried to report it, it took me to the "Help opening ebook file support topic"
I have gotten 5 emails sent to me for the status update confirmation. What do I do?

You should either report it via the 'other error' option of your Update tab or quit the book via the Update tab. To get the option to quit it, you may need to confirm the downloading first.

Or, if you have an Amazon account, you can send the file directly to your Kindle email. Amazon FAQ explain how to do that.Open the file manager app on your Android phone. Navigate to the ebook file location. Touch and hold it. Select Copy. Go to the Main storage of your Android device from the file manager and look for the Kindle folder. You will find it in the same location where you have your Download folder. Open the Kindle folder and paste your file. Launch the Kindle app, and you will see the ebook.
