Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

I took a book for a review but then when I try do get get it on Amazon it is not available... What do I do?

4. I used the steps described on the website and it was successful
5. After opening the book, the texts on the book were too bold and they were overlapping each other. I deleted the book and tried to download again but it didn't work out.

3. Yes, I was able to open it successfully the first time. Lost access, reported it, still had problems, reported it for the second time, now I have retrieved it and am now ready to resume my review of "relentless"
4. Usually, I would just turn up my reader and the book would appear for my review.
5. I had a problem when I could not anymore locate the reader I used to access the book.
6. No error messages involved.
7. I was finally able to access the book after re-downloading it for the second time.

3. No, I have never opened a file in that format on this device before

4. I downloaded the file then used the web to try and open it but I could not

5. The problem was on opening the file using the web, I was given several options. I did not know which one
could work well on my device

6. I did not get an error message

7. I did read and tried the "Top Tips" listed at the beginning of this post but I still cannot access the book

I don't remember the exact steps I took. I followed the instructions then until I obtained access. I got interrupted for a while. When I was ready to resume reviewing, I couldn't find the reader anymore.
