1. PDF.
2. First tried Firefox on PC, then the Kindle for PC.
3. Yes.
4. Usually, the file automatically opens in a new tab on Firefox. For Kindle app, File- Import PDF-…-Double click on PDF, then I can open it.
5. Initially clicking the link, it opens a new tab, but the pdf will not load. Tried to open from the Firefox System Viewer, error message. Same with Kindle App.
6. Firefox System Viewer: “We can’t open this file. Something went wrong.”
Kindle App: “The book could not be opened. Please remove the book from your device and redownload it.”
7. Yes.

You need to convert the Mobi to read it on Kindle. If the file doesn't open, you need to report it via your Update tab.

2. Safari to Preview on Mac, then Safari to download on iPhone
3. Yes
4. Click "download" or the hyperlink; the file drops into my downloads folder automatically, and I click on it to open
5. It goes wrong after the file drops into my downloads folder. When I click on the file to open it, an error message pops up.
6. "The file could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn't recognize."
7. Yes. I tried to use the "click here to download the FREE Kindle Reading App" hyperlink on the page for the Update Status, but the link loaded to "Sorry we couldn't find that page" on both my computer and phone. I have the Kindle app on both of them, but the format of the book is a .pdf, not a .mobi file.

You need to download and save the book first, and then move it to the App. You may need the Nook App to read it.

1. I chose to use .PDF format.
2.I attempted to download on my laptop
3. Yes, I've opened other .pdf files before in adobe Acrobat Reader
4. I clicked to download the ebook, clicked on the bottom of the screen and got this message "Error, Failed to load PDF document". Then I navigated to my download folder and click on the document and this message popped up.
Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'Just-Give-Me-a-Place-to-Land.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
(for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
5. As soon as I click on the file name an error pops up.
6. see answer #4
7. yes
