I love eBooks, they are easy to access and use. But I'm not familiar with Wattpad usage. Once I started reading a short novel in Wattpad, but I could not finish the book because of distractions.

I used to love Wattpad, as the layout of pages there are very comfortable and I had freedom of choice. Kindle is a bit more standartized, but it is healthier and has much more stories on it.
