Anyone know a good text to speech software?

I am not sure if it will be good enough, but Microsoft Word has the text to speech program.

I am so sorry to hear that. I think google has a text to speech software, I may be wrong. I will do my research and come with solutions in time.

There's multiple mentions of Natural Reader in this thread, and I recommend it as well. It got me through some of my readings in college. You do have to pay for more than 20 (or was it 30?) minutes of audio daily if you use the computer app version, but if you're a college student or really REALLY need an audio for a text, it's worth it. I'm pretty sure the Google Chrome/Firefox extension version is free entirely though.
