We own 5 Kindle fires. We used them for homeschool online so they quit fighting for the pc. We also have the Kindle app on all computers and phones. I have the Nook app as well on a couple of computers. I prefer the Kindle because it is a little easier to use and find what I'm looking for. I also am an Amazon Prime member so it just made more sense.

I have a Nook because, at the time I got it, it was cheaper. It's funny, because I worked for Kindle content for a while and never actually owned a Kindle. I have always considered buying one, but my Nook works fine.

I don't have a Kindle device but I have the app installed on my iPhone that's why I voted for Kindle. I am an avid Amazon fan.

I have a Nook. This is my second one. I got mine after seeing it in the store. I liked always having a variety of books with me to choose from. Without having to carry all that weight around.

Currently I have none of them...... As a starter it is hard for me to buy a reader, but I hope that as I grow I will earn enough to buy a kindle

I have a kindle. This is very easy to be used and accessible for Amazon customers.

I have a kindle. My grandma always had a kindle fire and I loved them. That was ultimately why I made the choice to get a kindle fire.

I have a Kindle! I chose it because I'm an Amazon customer so it made sense for me.

I have a Kindle app on my phone. I am able to read the free book of Wild World by Peter Rush. However, I mostly read from the OBC Reader app.

I purchased a Kindle Paperwhite mostly because I was already a Kindle Unlimited member. I like the ease of use, the platform is easy to use, and I get books instantly after purchase.

I don't have either, but am in the process of looking to see what I want. Great post about this as it looks like more people prefer the Kindle. I have been going back and forth between the two, but now I know avid readers like the Kindle better.

I have a kindle and to be honest I didn't even know about Nook before I joined this website. I have wanted an e-reader for a while and then my boyfriend decided to get it for me. I didn't even know that any other e-reader than kindle exsisted.

Kindle owner here. I’ve an Amazon person myself, so it only made sense to stick with Kindle. Also I want to eventually use Kindle Direct Publishing.
I feel like Kindle has more books to choose from than Nook. Correct me, if I’m wrong.

Hope this helps
Happy reading!
Andrea
