I agree and appreciate your candid honesty here. Profanity is understandable, but excessive profanity is absolutely distracting.Simmons32 wrote: ↑01 Jun 2022, 10:29 I am sorry to say that this was not one of my favorite books. I did not find any part of this book enjoyable. Most of the time I was completely distracted by all of the profanity, which I am not a fan of. I know it could be deemed as an exciting book for most people, but it was not that way for me. So unfortunately, I am going to say that I do not have a favorite part. I wish I had a different answer for you.

Yes, post-apocalyptic times were indeed appealing. I liked them better than other parts of this book... but, the errors and profanities spoilt my reading experience too. It could've been a nice book had the author taken a but care of these things.El Brandhaus wrote: ↑06 Jun 2022, 23:25 For me, my favorite aspect was more the premise of the book. The setting in post-apocalyptic times was what drew me in. Unfortunately, the errors and confusion with dialogue make it a clunky, tiring read.
