It has topics which are applicable to a large group of people, so it really deserves the full score.

This book is all about how to plan yourself for retirement. Though it focuses more on the USA, retirement is common, so there are lessons in the book that can be applied in other countries. I didn't like the errors I encountered and I don't see any relation between the cover to the content of the book.

To start with, the cover of the book and the font with which the title of the book was written is a hook for me. Talking about what I like about the book, I appreciate how the pinned down his audience with his writing style and humour. The information contained in the book is also very inspiring.

The name of this book even suits what this book is all about. I really love the book cover; it is so nice. I will recommend this book to everyone because it teaches one how to plan his/her life properly. The author really did a great job on this one.

This book is a treasure, for everyone who approaches retirement age. Maybe also for younger people. The cover is very appropriate, very bussiness like, it reflects the content of the text.

The cover art is what got me interested in this book. To me it represents freedom in a sense and that is what, to an extent the book is about. I enjoyed the lessons though i thought some of them would be tough to implement outside of the USA. I give this book a rating of 3 out of4 stars.

The book touches on a sensitive topic, life after retirement. The title draws the attention of readers as it is the basics of every factor in human beings’ life. I like the author’s articulation of the content and sheds light on real-time events. Is a principle that many have failed to practice and as a result, they end up leading poor life.

I have seen so many people I know personally work hard for 35 years and they retire. A few years along the line, they are stuck in abject poverty. Why? It's because they failed to plan their post retirement days. Being exposed to a book like this at a young age gives you insight on how to prepare yourself for retirement. And the author delivered very realistic and rich contents in the subject matter.

What is your overall opinion of the book? What do you like most about it? What do you like least? What did you think of the writing style? What genre is the book? What genres are woven into the text? What did you think of the cover and title? Will you recommend the book to other people? Why or why not?

I'll be honest and that I didn't largely enjoy the book. I can partly blame that on my youth, perhaps? I see retirement as something very far from my future. Reconfigure my career to work after retirement? I barely have one already, I'm only 21 afterall! So I can say there was a disconnect between me and the subject. Also, the jokes and humour in the book was... Received lukewam to me. I did not find the dad jokes humour particularly entertaining or engaging. But the book does make sense, and it's intelligent. So, I'd recommend it to people who are interested in the subject for sure, just not myself, not for now at least. I rated this book 2 out of 4 stars.

I believe this book was insanely informative. It was easy to read and understandable. I was able to quickly gather together information to prepare me for the future without feeling the need to put down the book from information overload. It is an excellent book to read to pick up some terms for retirement. The author's sense of humor made me laugh as well

This is a simplified book on finances I have come across. It helps in good planning for the future. I like it from the cover. It is well designed. I didn't find something not interesting in it. Therefore, I rate it 4 out of 4.

I found Fleischauer's book Reconfigurement to be both practical and entertaining. The book was full of very useful advice. Some of my thoughts of action for my own life that came to my mind as I read the book were; I need to make a more detailed and inclusive budget, I am glad that I finally began depositing money into my 401k, I really need to read and understand better my different insurances: disability and life especially, I agree with Fleischauer that having a part time job or some source of additional income during retirement for traveling is a good plan so I need to ponder what I might do, I think that I will put money into a Roth IRA, I will try my hardest to not spend more than 60 days in hospital during retirement. Again, the book has a lot of good information, yet was fun humor as well. Being from Minnesota myself, it was also fun to hear references from my growing up years such as hockey and the Mall of America, it made the writing feel more personal.

I know they say don't judge a book by its cover, however, when I am unsure about reading a book the cover and title go a long way. In this case it has made me want to give it a go.
