Yes, an entrepreneur should have his or her "retirement period" where he or she can hand over the major work to whoever is capable while they do something enjoyable.

I do be that whether employed or self employed that reconfigurement is something every individual should work towards achieving.

Of course, everyone should retire and be entitled to having a life of pleasure and relaxation after working hard for many years. The self-employed may even be in a better financial position than most to enjoy retirement.

Yes, entrepreneurs should also retire. They can also keep their business prospering with the help of a manager or maybe an assistant.

The self-employed should also retire. In the sense that we consider retirement to be a time for resting while still being useful. Self-employed people can also accomplish this. not shutting down or moving away. however, being more passively engaged than before. We all need to sleep.

For an Entrepreneur, retiring should be a matter of personal choice. I think those who are not the boss of their own business needs more planning for retirement especially those who work for a government that do not have an active and modern retirement plan for their workers. Such person or employee need this Reconfigurement planning the most.
