I believe one individual has the power to end corruption. Yet, in my opinion, doing so requires a strong will and the proper attitude. The most crucial thing is to persist and work to change other people's perceptions of what they are doing wrong.

I don't think one person can stop corruption or change the system, but they can definitely make a difference or influence others even in a small way.

A single person can only do as much as they can, which is a lot. I think if everyone do as much as they can, a lot of changes will be seen in the organisation. A single person can not stop corruption but if the little the person does makes an impact, others will be inspired to make a difference also.

I don't think so. It's going to be a hard task for one person because others would probably try to eliminate him.

Kelsey Roy wrote: 12 Aug 2022, 11:36 I think that everyone can relate to this issue, even on a very small, non life threatening scale. In today’s society, I think it is virtually impossible for one person to stop corruption. There will always be fear to stand up to morally corrupt individuals in the workplace because one’s job can be lost or negatively influenced. I believe the only way it’s possible to end corruption is by influencing as many people as possible in a positive manner, but even then the strength of corrupted power is immense.

To answer your question, I think Steve, and people in similar situations to him, would be better off leaving the system.
Yes, i think so too. \

If the person has support from others and has the skill that allows him to speak eloquently and influence people and the resources that this would consume. But even so would it really be worth it, if they people all their effort and sacrifice so much only to come up short. I think it would be extremely difficult for that person, especially when they start loosing a lot of things they hold dear.
