Can a single person stop corruption in an organization?

It is very difficult for a person to stop corruption in an entire organization. The best bet is for one to already be part of the system and then try to win over as many as he can to his side.

I think a single person can make a change. It won't be easy, that's for sure, and the change won't happened overnight. It'll take years, like in Steve case, and you have to work smart. Beacuse if anybody sniff what you are doing, you're done.

In reality, one person can stop the corruption in an organization. But it will not be easy and it will require a whole lot of luck. Subsequently, if that single individual happens to be the head of the organization then they can definitely do something about the corruption in their organization. That being said, it’s way easier, faster, and less risky to have people help you to do such things.

While I'd say yes. It can equally be a no. Why? Stopping or changing something that has taken root over many years will definitely be a daunting task. Just like cutting a tree will be more difficult than uprooting a weed. However, with the application of the right strategies, support and love of the masses, divine intervention and the help of other influential voices, one man can start or/and stop corruption. It always starts with one person defiantly sticking to a path that challenges the status quo while others follow as their consciences pricks them.

Steve could only stop a corrupt system by building a counter system. Some individuals should combat this system with you. I have been in Steve's shoes but since I had no system to fight this dirty system, I left it alone.

I think one person can set the ball rolling. But again, there is no a one-man-team even in football. So, one person cannot succeed in eradicating corruption in an already corrupt system. Changing the mindset of corrupt people and having them accept to lose their "hard-earned money" for the greater good is near impossible.

In my opinion, stopping corruption in an organization with just one person can be very hard, if not impossible. Maybe their sacrifice can raise awareness.

I don't think it is fully possible because the chance of someone else discovering your plans is close to guarenteed. However, i think it is possible for one person to set a goal, and then work to influence other people to help them out with. It is possible for one person to set out on a goal, but not to complete it all on their own

In my opinion, no a single person cannot. It requires a systemic overhaul which would need a number of pivotal personalities in the organization to champion the course. It is definitely not a task for one person to do.
