Yes students and working class I think is mostly affected by government policies, masss killings and shut downs. The situation is true to present and it can get really worse and leave life long impacts.

I think students are most of the time either the most misinformed or overinformed group. Students are either seeking knowledge or have the knowledge. I think that the students are affected by government policies that impact long-term life.

I completely agree. Students are the most affected from the decision of the government, be it good or bad. They are always on receiving end of the aftermath from political and economic difficulties.

And on top of the students being the most affected, they are the ones that are most undermined. I'm glad this book shone a little light on this

I myself ama student so I can relate deeply to it. Even if there are not some extreme circumstances, everystep taken my the government directly or indirectly affects the students. They are the most affected and ignored insuch circumstances. Thisbook had my heart bleedingwith its intrecate discription of the killing scenes, especially of students.

It's sad to see the vulnerable ones like students at the receiving end of every government's brutal decision. it's indeed a wrong one by them and should somehow find a solution to stop it for the safety of students' future.

I also concur that the government's choice has an impact on pupils, either directly or indirectly. Students will be impacted if the government decides to strike for whatever reason. I adore the organization of the book. Everyone, especially those working in government, should read this book, in my opinion.

It's mostly the children of any society, that suffer the most from war. Students and children no doubt, pay the price.

Students are always affected by government's decisions. Whether they become involved or not their lives are always in danger when it comes to such incidents in schools.

I completely agree with you on this. I want to add that not only the government's actions, but the student also suffers from their inactions. For instance, in the country where I come from, most students have been out of school due to government insensitivity and inactions.

I completely agree with you on this. And sometimes I wonder if they have the students at heart before their decisions. Part of the reason for the decaying educational system especially in developing countries.

This book goes to show just how across the world, students are overborne by the government. Even in my country Kenya, down south in South Africa we always have these strikes as a way of communicating our issues to the government. It really is the same across the world.

I agree with you completely on this. Students across the world are at the receiving end, most especially where I come from. The government seems to have mortgaged the future of students and care less about them since their kids have access to quality education abroad. A similar situation in the book Wild Word has happened in my country where are sacrificed all because of the interest of a few people in government.

You are totally correct in your assertion that students are affected by whatever decisions and actions the government take. As for the killings, no one will likely b e held responsible because the government can always claim that the students made the first aggressive move that led to their deaths.

I think you're right. Students (and young people in general) can be disproportionally affected by the actions of the government. I think it has to do with the fact that they are so young--they are more idealistic and willing to speak up against injustice, putting themselves on the line. They tend to have the energy and lack the established roots that might prevent them from resisting government action.
