Corruption can be stopped when one person decides to choose a different path. However, a few others willing to back that person are crucial, otherwise his efforts are futile and he will just end up getting silenced and even fired. The person taking the step forward must be brave enough to go out on a limb to convince his colleagues that a corruption-free world is a better one.

A single person cannot stop corruption. Of that person does not have some sort of magical powers, then I doubt they can stop it alone. But I do not think that person should stop trying. If they can convert people to their beliefs and ideology that corrupt is horrible, then progress cam be made.

One person can try, but I doubt they can stop that menace. What I believe is that one person can preach the gospel of honesty and get people to but into the idea. Before you know it, a bloodless revolution against corruption will start and the goal of that one person can be said to have been achieved.

It's not possible for one person to stop corruption. But as we saw in Steve's case, his acts of bravery started errupted a cataclysm of events that led to significant changes in the providence police department. This act may not have changed the world but it invoked feelings in other people who may have wanted to make a change.

it takes a large group of people, whether they're acting at the same time or over years. One person can initiate a change, but the change will come when others join him.

Exactly. no one should give up if they fight for something that is important. Even if he does not achieve significant changes, in the future many can be inspired and join the cause

If every person who sees fault with a system decides to leave it and not try to stop the corruption, then the system will stay that way. While a single person cannot stop corruption in a huge organization, they can recruit others, or someone else may see the faults of that organization and decide to join in stopping it. A one-person team can sooner or later become a whole group of people with the power to end corruption.

If that one good person leaves the system, then there will be no good person in the system. Even though a single person cannot stop corruption, that person can jeopardize the activities of the corrupt ones from within.

This story ended with the success of his efforts. Was it hard? ABSOLUTELY. He was essentially fighting alone as his friends and girlfriend abandoned him when he needed them the most. But, he stuck with it, and the results were satisfying for me in the end. Yes, one person can make a difference. All those police officers arrested will need to be replaced, so Steve actually cleaned out the department for new faces. It opened the door for change.

No, one person cannot achieve that feat. But that person can form alliances with some corrupt people that turned good to end it. Also, that person should not leave the system because he/she is the hope of the common man.

I believe you can fight corruption with the help of brothers and sisters who agree with what you are doing. I think or is easier when you are with others.

That's an interesting question. Steve was definitely taking on a huge challenge by going up against corruption in the police force. I definitely think one person can stop corruption, but they often face huge risks.

I think what people need a single person for is to be bold enough and step forward. After someone steps forwards, other righteous ones will follow.

I think it is incredibly difficult for a single person to stop corruption within an organization, especially if the organization does not want to change. Steve was trying to be like the officer in NYC, but that officer had support of others and was not alone in his fight. Even if a person is able to get public attention on the issues, this publicity would cause them to be outcast even more, preventing more change.
