Especially as the book is written in a relatable manner, I did feel for the people killed unjustifiably. I was moved reading the book, even though I am not an American by birth.

As a non American I feel for Americans the kind of sympathy that this book wants readers to feel for its protagonist.

To be very honest, the only feeling I experienced while reading this book was fury. The cruelty was alarming. I felt awful for everyone in the globe because, regrettably, police brutality occurs in most of the world's nations.

Even for non-Americans, I believe this story is very relatable. Police brutality occurs all over the world, and not everyone, like Steve, has the opportunity to make significant changes like this.

As a non-American I could relate to the issues of police brutality and corruption as these are national issues and it happens almost every where in the world.

Indeed, I do. It is crucial for humans to experience other people's emotions as well. Regardless of race, color, or language, the unjust killing of an innocent person calls for a critical and visceral response.
