A relationship with no trust should not continue. Roxy and Steve did not get the memo. Their relationship was toxic and an abomination to all good relationships out there.Syaida_Iwani wrote: ↑22 Aug 2022, 11:10 For me, the love between Steve and Roxy was not healthy because they both lack of communication, trust and honesty in their relationship.
There was one time where Steve didn't tell about his works as a police officer and that already gave a crack to their relationship. Both of them seemed to push each other away that leads to more heartbreak.

You are right. The relationship would have been better if both of them talked to each other and communicated about their feelings, and other things.Syaida_Iwani wrote: ↑22 Aug 2022, 11:10 For me, the love between Steve and Roxy was not healthy because they both lack of communication, trust and honesty in their relationship.

But not in the way they were bad to each other. I think they were toxic because they both lack the capacity of being by themselves and not depending on somebody else.
They used one another as a coping mechanism and a trauma response.

I wouldn't classify it as toxic, but there was some unhealthy obsession on Steve's part. Almost all his decisions seemed to be centred around Roxy, and even when he found her cheating on him, he still forgave her easily. He needs to realise his own self-worth as a character and not let his life revolve around her.Syaida_Iwani wrote: ↑22 Aug 2022, 11:10 For me, the love between Steve and Roxy was not healthy because they both lack of communication, trust and honesty in their relationship.
