The same thing happened in my country, even many lost their lives. The government has molded us to be afraid and not work together.Sumto Nii wrote: ↑01 Aug 2022, 21:23 In my country, the government hates protests and anything that tends to point out their misdeeds. As a former student leader, I was arrested and intimidated by the government. All they wanted was to gag me. When they can't gag you, they unleash violence. I have led protests where we were beaten and molested by security agents on the orders of government. So, in my country, student unionism is an attack on the government.

It is very common for schools to be attacked. It is part of a strategy to create chaos and strike fear into the enemy.Shillah Andeso wrote: ↑12 Aug 2022, 00:06 I agree that students are on the negative receiving ends of governments actions. It may not always be violent but also in many other ways including changing of their syllabus and even closing down of schools.
