The whole idea of drafting anyone to war has never sat well with me. To make matters worse, children. I would definitely change it.

Drafting kids for war is a big NoNo. I would most definitely stop it if I could. Certain organizations have measures in place to try and curb this practice.

I’m against all forms of war, let alone children at war!
It just maddens me that politicians wouldn’t go to war themselves. PTSD in warriors is real, and it is ugly.

I don't think drafting kid for war is something good. War is not something good, it should be eliminated for peace to rein. Change should begin in each country and this can be done without drafting kids for war.

From what I’ve seen with the drafting format so far, I do not think kids should be forcefully drafted into the war. If they volunteer to fight for the or country then it’s a different thing, but if they’re forced into the battle field, it’ll not only scar them for life but will also leave a powerful impact on their brains for a lifetime.

I would end that menace without think twice. War is bad. Drafting kids for war is disgusting. Kids should be kids. They should never be dragged into a quarrel started by silly egoistic adults.

I would end, giving your life up for your country seems like a decision one should make out of their own accord and not because they're mandated to. Besides, there are so many people who are pacifits, including high school or college kids, drafting everyone to fight a war seems unfair to people who've made a solid and moral decision to refrain from violence.

it's certainly not reasonable, but it seems that we are destined for each generation to live in a world with a possible war somewhere

Kids are kids, they are still young and have a lot to learn and experience. Drafting them for war guarantees that they'll either be killed or scarred for life. If I had the power, I would definitely end this.

There is no reason why any government should draft kids into war. Why do kids have to suffer for the crimes and mistakes of those charged with the responsibilitiy of protecting them. That makes absolutely no sense and cannot be justified.

In the first place, their is no reason for war. All I see is the pride and greed of powerful people who do not even suffer the terrors of the war they caused. Drafting kids for war, then, should never be heard of.

In a similar way to rebel organisations, desperate governments draft children as easy targets for indoctrination and control. Child soldiers are cheaper to maintain, easier to manipulate and targets of abuse from their older, so called 'comrades'. It's a painful irony that governments purporting to protect a country and it's people by war, condone the abuse and slaughter of the future generation. Desperation for recruits is a poorly excused short term solution that punishes children for a government's poor investment decisions regarding military culture. The practice of drafting children for war should simply stop.

Without a doubt, drafting kids for war is something I would put an end to. Children have no business in wars. Why must innocent kids pay for the foolish decisions of grown men?

I would have thought drafting is impossible nowadays, but unfortunately, as we could see from the ongoing war in Ukraine, it isn't. Having a young son, I am definitely against drafting. People should choose if they can or want to fight. On the other hand, patriotism is on the verge of extinction and a country has to be defended...
