The right mindset is the least of the things the person should worry about. Even with the right mindset, it is easy for one's effort to be wasted by people on authority.NancyDrew12 wrote: ↑11 Aug 2022, 14:41 I think a single person can change corruption. But I think the person has to have the right mindset and immense strength to do so. The most important thing would be to not give up and try to make others see the wrong their doing.

I find this to be true. There is strength in unity. If the person can form a group that is united for the course, the system will not be able to resist them for long.Caroline Elizabeth 1 wrote: ↑11 Aug 2022, 20:15 A single person cannot stop corruption in an organization but he can influence a few who can join him in fighting corruption which is always at a cost.

How long will a person fight corruption solo? It won't take long for him or her to tire. A wise thing to do is to influence other people who would join in the movement.JamesJaphet wrote: ↑12 Aug 2022, 01:50 I don't think the person should give up. At some point, some other people with a living conscience will see the need to join in advocating for a change in the system.
