A single person virtually never succeeds in eliminating corruption within an organization, but he or she can persuade a few to assist him in the costly battle against corruption.

I believe it can happen. It takes one person refusing to apologize to start a war. Good or evil can spread if given the opportunity. Let's be the source for good, today 🙌.

It's not easy for a single person to change a system, in the case of trying to change it, they may kill him. A single person can be doing good in the community but changing the system without anybody's support will be difficult.

A single person cannot stop corruption in Amy eociety or organization. But that person can steamroll the beginning of the end of that corruption, especially if others begin to see the good in what he's doing and join him.

His life and job were even being threatened. In a case like this, do you think the person should just leave the system? Or can a single person stop the corruption in such a huge organization?
It is possible but requires time. First, one (Steve in this case) has to walk the talk. Second, they have to take on one person at a time. Once a good number of people have reformed, they will be able to go against an organization. Otherwise it's a wild goose chase.

If you have the right back-up and support yes. Steve had the support, he did not get it from Roxy though but in the end he had it.

With the right attitude and respect for the choice of others around you, I am sure trends can be changed. First, a change you want should begin with you, then you will see many following you for choosing to change what everyone knows is bad. So, gradually one person can fight corruption in an organization, as people begin to join up.

Although it is very impossible, I believe one person can end corruption. The sole requirement is that the person must possess an incredible amount of strength and the proper attitude. The most crucial thing would be to persevere and make an effort to persuade others of their wrongdoing because this will be quite difficult.

It may sound impossible but a single person can stop a corruption in a whole big system, every effort towards fighting corruption counts even when it can't be seen now, in the future someone might just need to build on the work someone else started

A single person can not stop corruption in a society but he/she can act as an activist to stir the heart of others to achieve a common goal.

Realistically, I don’t think it’s possible, especially a system where corruption is the call of the day. It will just attract more dangers to him and family. Any body that wants to personally fight irruption must make sure he does not have anything to lose, like his family.

A single person cannot stop corruption, to stop corruption there must be a joint effort. Change can only come about when everyone is determined to enforce it.

It is not possible for a single person to change corruption in a system. There is a saying that a single tree does not make a forest and I strongly agree with this. Change in a corrupt system is only acheiveable if few individuals are willing to work together.
