I really like Durk, he is such an inspiration. I love men that can stand on their own and make their decisions regardless of what the world says and that’s what he portrayed

It’s Steve I particularly like and remember. He did quite a lot of brave and courageous works. Going into the base of the enemy is not something little. I was happy to see him come out of it well and alive.

Steve was my favorite character in the book. I admired his zeal and courage in ridding the police force of corruption. He was never concerned about the difficulties he would face in completing his quest.

Steve is definitely my favorite character. He is intuitive, self-sacrificing and a wonderful servant to his community. On the flip side, these qualities are also his downfall and cause him to lose his relationship and also put his physical and mental wellbeing in jeopardy. His story shows that doing the 'right thing' does not always reap good results; a testament to the real world. He is relatable and I just can't help but root for him.

Despite his failures I choose Steve as my favorite character because he alway acknowledged his mistakes and worked her to protect his friends and lover and to make a change in the system.

My favorite character is Steve. Reading about his struggles taught me a lot. He acknowledged his mistakes when he made them. He was also tenacious and determined. He had a genuinely noble nature.

Steve comes off as an anime protagonist to me😂
Which is cool tho, but I have to admire the man who fed him his information. Gotta give credit to the guy behind the scenes.

My favorite character would be Steve because he exhibited traits that I find admirable. His devotion and determination to impact change and stop corruption and police brutality by joining the system and doing it from the inside make him quite interesting.

I could easily identify with Steve... The fact that I could relate to and understand many of his choices is one of the reasons he is my favorite character.

The characterization in this book is fascinating, but my favorite character is Steve. Steve is the protagonist of this interesting book, and I like him the most because of his qualities. For instance, his determination to stop corruption.

Steve was the focal character of the book. I was eager to see his next move. I learnt from his struggles and his resilience.

My favorite character is Steve. He joined the police force despite being aware that his buddies despise it for its violence. Steve does make significant sacrifices for his folks.

Steve! It's very obvious why. Steve had a thirst for change which greatly resonated with me. Knowing that it would be difficult, he still went ahead and tried to give his best where he could.
