I'll advise you to read Girl at War by Sara Novi, Beneath a Scarlet Sky by Mark T. Sullivan, The Dust That Falls from Dreams by Louis de Bernières, and Stones from the River by Ursula Hegi as well. Although not every one of these is related to the Planet Wars, it never ceases to astound me to read how human misery and the course of war are the same whether it is waged between two tribes, two nations, or two sides of the world.

I've read other unremembered war books, but this is completely different. While the other books described the conflict, this one is vehemently opposed to it.

This was unusual because the people were unwilling to fight. Other war books simply tell the story of the war and are nothing like this one.

The characters in the book are mostly against the war wich is different from other narratives.

I liked how the author focused on the emotions of the character than the war itself. Almost similar to wild war, nice job done.

I have read a quite few war books and I can say this book was amazing, the author did a great job in grabbing readers' attention with the portrait of how war took place.

I think this was more a look at it from the other side. The impact it has on young people and the way they fought for themselves. This book was the first of its kind for me. Other war literature was more involved in battle and death.

It brought memories from a movie I had watched a while ago.

The tension, anxiety, and fight to set to the truth that characterized this book, The Wild World, apply to the book Sand Pounder as well. Those books are tension-inducing and engaging.

Because the people did not want to fight, it is clear that this was a unique tale. Other novels about the war merely provide accounts of the conflict and are not at all like this one.

Considering that no one wanted to fight, it was a peaceful protest, this was unusual. Other war literature merely provides accounts of the conflict and not the cause

I've only read a few pieces of war literature, but Wild World stands out. This one accurately depicts the effects of war as well as the emotions that accompany them.

This book appealed to me because it was unique and the characters did not want to fight. Other war books simply tell the story of the war and are nothing like this one.
