In my perspective, it is not disturbing because most couples actually behave in that way, which is normal. The part of this novel that makes me uneasy is how the author discusses the sensual encounters between the main protagonists and other characters.

The adult scenes never bothered me. The book correctly captured the era which the story was set in.

I wasn't bothered by the sex scenes because they were actually not severe. The author is merely trying to make the book detailed enough.

I don't think its disturbing because most couple really do that and that's normal. The thing that makes me uncomfortable while reading this book is how the author describes the erotic scenes of the main characters with other characters.

The adult scene doesn't bother me at all. It is just like the spice of a good story.

Yes, I find the adult scenes to be too repetitive. Also, the relationship felt extremely toxic at the end but they were still having sex without much passion and feelings for each other.

I wasn't bothered by them, sex is a natural process in life.

I find it surprising that these scenes are causing anybody any concern. Because the author knew when to start and how to end a sentence, I found his writing style to be enjoyable. notably in the scenes that are sexual.

Well, I didn't have any issue with that, this was prevalent in the time of the book setting, so everything has to be in alignment.

I think the author was just trying to put a bit of romance to make the book not overly serious. So I think it's fine. It did ease up some tensions.

I don’t agree with you. They weren’t overused. It was okay and it didn’t bother me. I must say it made the book more interesting.

Those scenes didn't bother me at all. On the contrary, I liked them because there the author reveals that her relationship was rather passionate, at least for Roxy above all, and for Steve it was the only way to always keep her there.

The adult scenes for me were a little bit uncomfortable, but that did not stop me from reading the book.
