Was Roxy selfish?

Post by Joy Quaye »

I believe that Steve did all he did because of his love for Roxy, even joining the police force. The fact that Roxy didn't trust him and viewed Steve as 'one of them' shows how selfish she is. She even kicked him out of his own apartment and cheated on him. Roxy was my least favorite character

in my option, Roxy is not selfish, we all know that women are weaker and more emotional beings. from the beginning Roxy was supportive but when she saw the sacrifice ahead of the decision she decides to rethink. because the boyfriend did not listen to her new opinion she quit. I didn't blame her.

😪😪 It's sad right... But I guess she was fighting her own problems too. Imagine not been loved by your own mother... The girl's idea of trust and love must have been messed up.

I don't think Roxy is selfish. It only shows she human. But I believe she would have believe in Steve more. At the same time, it is expected to happen as there is lesser communication between the two of them.

I could have thought the same, but I think both are justified one way or another. Roxy was more concerned about her security while Steve... Well, as they say, did it for love.

I wouldn't call Roxy selfish. Although I didn't like how she treated Steve, I want to believe her actions was as a result of what she was also experiencing at home .

I feel like Roxy gave him a chance to leave the force and he refused. Going that way, she was scared that Steve's attitude would be dangerous to them, maybe even causing their deaths.

She is not selfish. Her character is very inherent to girls of her type. He sacrificed to be Steve despite her very demanding course.

Roxy is not selfish because from the onset she supported Steve but when the going became hot she changed her mind because she is a weaker vessel.

Roxy was selfish and that is the truth of the matter. Her actions clearly shows what kind of person she is.

The two lovers were unable to understand each other. This is the cause of their constant disagreement. In my opinion, Roxy was not selfish as any other girl would have felt neglected.

In Wild World, Roxy has a bad character. She betrayed Steve many times, which lead to their relationship toxic.

Roxy is a selfish person who has only her interests at heart. She never cared for Steve.

Well, I understand that Roxy felt wronged and lonely. But then, I must say that she became selfish and acted out of way.

I would not say that Roxy is a selfish person. Given her background and upbringing, she has always been driven to achieve her dreams and ambitions, and she did not want anything to stand in her way, not even her relationship with Steve. While Steve was more emotionally invested in their relationship, Roxy tended to approach things from a logical perspective. However, I found it difficult to sympathize with her character when she cheated on Steve.
