What are your thoughts on Ron and Patsy's relationship with Jerry and Linda?

I liked how they were casual with each other and didn't hold grudges despite Jerry being Patsy's ex-husband. I also liked how they care about their children and maintain a positive relationship with them.

Most people I know of my surroundings hold grudges and hatred for their ex-partners, so this has really surprised me.

What were your thoughts on this matter?
