Biography - "an account of someone's life written by someone else."
Memoir - "a historical account or biography written from personal knowledge or special sources."

I want to add this book, Disasters to Dreams by Chris Patrick. I was surprised by the ending story of this memoir. They receive a big blessing, and I am happy for them.
