What is an element in a biography or memoir that you feel is necessary in order for it to be considered a "good book" for you?

For me, I would need the biography or memoir to be authentic and written in a causal manner. I enjoy non-fiction that feels as if I'm having a conversation with the author versus reading a book that just shares facts and doesn't have much emotion attached. Looks like emotions are an important element for me, too. :)

For a biography to be considered good, it shall be truthful and these should be expressed in a very crystal clear manner
