Hello! Are you now able to get Kindle books?

Hi Scott, this didn't work for me. I changed my delivery address to USA and the country I see at the bottom of the Amazon page is USA. But the Kindle page still tells me I'm not eligible. Is there a specific page we're supposed to change the Amazon country on?

It's working at first. But then it's not working anymore. The problem is to really eligible I must have payment card from US address which I don't have.

So, if you're having trouble accessing Kindle books because of region restrictions, changing your Amazon country is a pretty good workaround. You can switch it to the USA (or even the UK) to unlock books that are only available in those regions. It's not a perfect fix, but it definitely helps if you're trying to get your hands on books that are blocked where you are. Just make sure you follow the steps to update your account settings properly, and you should be good to go!
