NO ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE AMAZON PAYMENT

Good day,

I'm really sad and getting discouraged because no one has attended to my query since 19 April 2025. I've been trying to make payment of $3 on Deceptive Calm but I keep getting an error message on Amazon that blocks me from paying.

Now I keep getting notifications from you stating that I'm not updating my status on the review and several links are being sent to me to contact the team if I'm getting challenges concerning my review.

How can I proceed at all when noone is attending to my query of payment? I've tried reaching out to Scott Hughes to no avail. He asked me to send a video clip of what's happening. I did yet still no one has helped me.

I'm even wondering if anyone will bother reading this and seeing to it that I get help.

Very disappointed
