Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

I have looked on Amazon and have not been successful in finding to read at all. I then tried to follow the links to receive the gift for the inconvenience and was flagged for the page is no longer available. I am now unsure on what else to do. I am currently doing this off of my computer.

I am trying to download the pdf format into my kindle on the kindle I have, and I tried all the steps. I tried to download it to my kindle, but the error says when I try to download it from amazon, it says the file doesn't exist. The only other way I can download it to my kindle is to download it from amazon and buy it there.

I don't have a kindle. Just want to download the book but there seems to be no such option on Amazon book: Better Economics for the Earth.

Cannot down load selection as I requested to my computer/desktop and gave my email address and amazon states it sent to my Kindle but I do not have a Kindle and Amazon acknowledges this in my account records.... If the book cannot be delivered to my desk top I will not be able to continue. Thank you - Alice Ritter

entered with the information that I need book to be delivered via my desktop, when I selected the book I was interested and followed the steps given Amazon stated it was delivered to my Kindle. I do not have a Kindle and Amazon account file acknowledges that I do not have a Kindle on file. Need assistance to get book downloaded to my emails and then I presume I can transfer to my desk top. Please assist - Thank you.

I reported an error several days ago regarding Amazon wanting to download the book to a non existent Kindle... I requested my desktop, expecting to receive an email so I could apply it to my files... Also have sent updates on this error multiple times since but only get no reply emails requesting my sending error info. if someone could please assist it would be greatly appreciated. I have since lost the Amazon connection and need advisement. Thank you.

My problem was even though i updated my location on the amazon app it still wasn't working. I set my location as my default location and refreshed and that's when it worked.

I, just like all the other commenters, have tried EVERY suggestion given to no avail. I will be removing all related apps and uunsubscribing since this site is obviously too difficult for me
