I LOVE my kindle. I have the regular Kindle Touch, but I really want the Kindle Fire HD. I miss the feel of a real book sometimes but cheaper books gives me more to read!

I bought an original Kindle Fire when they first came out. I bought it for its versatility to be an ereader and a tablet. I used it practically everyday. My reading increased exponentially. Before I bought it, I read a couple of books a year. After I bought it, I read about 17 in a year. As a blogger, I quickly discovered the Fire wasn't meeting my needs, so I "upgraded" to an iPad. I downloaded the Kindle app for the iPad, but my reading suffered. It was perfect for all my other needs except for reading. I usually read before bed, when my contacts are out and I don't have a pair of glasses... my eye sight is really bad and so I had a difficult time reading in bed.

Last week, I bought a new Kindle Paperwhite, and I love it! I've already read two books. I love how I can read it in any situation, whether it's outside, in the dark, or in the light and can determine how bright I want it to be. It's a lot easier on the eyes than a backlit LCD display.

I love my books, but the Kindle makes travel easier. Last time I went to the Beach for a Week I had 27 books with me. They had their own suitcase!

I seem to be like most people on here I love the smell of the books and just couldn't see getting a kindle. However, I had to make a deal with my husband because our book shelf was full! SO I made a deal I will only have the books that I win or borrow from the library because I can not get rid of a book once i have read it! Then he bought me my kindle and I use that also to download free books and I can keep them in my already read folder and not take up a bunch of space or have 15 heavy boxes to move to the next house haha.

I love my Kindle. Saves lots of money and there is a daily newsletter you can get calked Bookgorilla that lists bargain books and free books. I now own hundreds of books that are mostly free. NOTE: get the 3G Kindle. Worth the money as you get wireless connection anywhere, anytime! No extras needed. Nothing to purchase to get it.

I have used Amazon's kindle since it first came out, and I love it!!! I haven't had the urge to use something else. There are still days I like to hold a book(the smell gets me every time) though. But I take my kindle everywhere with me, and when it is dead, or one of my children snags it for a game, I use my smartphone Kindle app.

Yes. I love it. Although I love reading and the smell of books makes me feel like I'm in heaven, a kindle is very useful. As a regular user of public transportation a book is occasionally bulky and not the most convenient thing to carry around. Therefore a kindle makes it much easier to have many books available at the palm of your hand. Also, as the availability of books is now just a few clicks away, I have finished more books in less time. Absolutely fabulous!

I didn't think i would, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my paperwhite Kindle! The ease of getting/finding books is great and there are so many books that are free! I still have paper books, but they are mostly favorites of mine, or classic literature.

I have the original Kindle Fire and I love it. It's the best thing that has ever happened to me. To have my virtual library everywhere I go, there's nothing like it! It's awesome!

I bought a Kindle when they first came out. It's great for quick downloads and travelling. Admittedly, I read real books more...
