Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

I could download the file and open it, but on some pages, he lines appear vertically and it´s impossible to read them. I´d like to download it in PDF.

On my path, I cannot download it on Amazon store, says something about my account not being able to access the free features on kdp
