Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

Upon trying to sign into Amazon on my kindle app I discovered that my account is on hold. I've already contacted Amazon to remedy the issue. I was advised that this could take up to 48hrs. When the hold is lifted will I still be able to access the book for review?

I can’t find the file. I thought it would automatically go to my kindle but it used a pdf file of which I have no idea where it is. I’m using an iPad.

Good day,

I have been trying to access the book I selected for review by claiming the free tokens on kindle vella in order to help me proceed with the story. It turns out I am unable to get the free tokens.

I do not have a cord to plug my kindle into the computer. I can't get the download from my computer to the kindle. Need assistance.

Have you tried sending the file to your kindle email? Usually works for me!

I can't get to sign into my kindle my Amazon password not working for the kindle I don't know why and I can't get to review the books I have on my shelf and its very frustrating
