Difficulty Accessing Download

Hello.

I just selected my first book for review, but I am unable to even access a page on Amazon to download it. I have tried both links provided and both send me to a page saying,

"Sorry we could not find that page- Try searching or go to Amazon's home page."

I have done this on both my laptop and my Android device (which has the Kindle App installed). While the dogs on the page are cute, I would like to know if there is a solution, and if not, what should I report the issue as?

The book I am trying to access is
Spirituality in the 21st Century by Frank P. Daversa
