I have just started as a new member as well and I know it is a ton of information to absorb to get up to speed on how it all works. The best reference tool to use, in my opinion, is the article for the basic guidelines and the contact support form that can be found on the home page when you click on the blue menu button on the left with the three lines next to the title for OnlineBookClub.org which is very helpful for any issues.
