Problem: Page not found

I am trying to redeem a kindle free gift using a code, but every time I go to the specific page or type in the code on another page, Amazon says, "Sorry, we couldn't find that page" with a picture of a dog. I am using amazon.com

@livingonpluto Hi, I’m currently having the same issue. Did you find a solution? I'm starting to think that the Kindle version doesn't exist on Amazon, because it can't just be a matter of country.

Have you tried reaching out to a customer service agent? I find them very helpful. To get in touch, scroll to the bottom of the page of your Amazon Account and select "Help." Then click on "Something else," followed by "I need more help," which will take you to the chat page.

This has happened to me, too! I was really looking forward to reading a book for review and unfortunately I could not access the book at all. Has anyone found any solutions? I submitted it to the moderators or whomever, that there was an error using the link, but I never received a response.
