But the coffin itself is just a box, I would be ok with that.

If it was a matter of life and death, then I would hide in a locked coffin. But even if someone trustworthy locked me in, promising to open it soon, I would still have an anxiety attack at some point, particularly if all movement suddenly stopped.

Screwing the lids on was where I thought I couldn't handle it too. I honestly don't think being in a coffin would be bad if I were asleep, but I'm sure being unable to move around for that long would be maddening. My biggest fear was running out of air to breathe.Kansas City Teacher wrote: ↑11 Mar 2023, 14:06 Um, yes, I was thinking that hiding in a coffin might actually be a good idea because it would be easier to hide from the soldiers. Then again, if discovered, it would be hard to escape since you're kind of trapped. They lost me when they started screwing the lids on. I don't think I could handle that part.
I honestly thought they might come out of the coffins for parts of the ride. I didn't expect them to stay locked in the whole way.

That being said, I’m not choosing a coffin for Saturday afternoon game of hide-and-go-seek.
