Anthologies and Short Stories Discussion (Mar '23)

Post by Heidi M Simone »

This month, we are discussing books that fall under the genres, anthology and short stories!

Anthology:
a published collection of poems or other pieces of writing.
Short Story:
a story with a fully developed theme but significantly shorter and less elaborate than a novel.

Here are some guiding questions to generate discussion: :techie-studyinggray:
  • Share the title and author of the book you read.
  • How many short stories or pieces of writing were included?
  • Were there other genres woven into the text? If so, which one(s)?
  • Was each piece of writing or short story well-developed or was there something lacking?
  • Share your rating of the book.
  • Would you recommend this book, and to whom?
As always, let's have fun discussing some (hopefully) good books!

I started the book, Once Upon a Scare by Dr. Bon Blossman, a while ago, but never finished. My goal is to finish this anthology for this month’s genre discussion!
