I don't really have a specific statement, but I try to remember that some days will be better than others and a bad day isn't a reflection on who I am as a person.

No mantras. However, just going with the flow is best for the present. Not dwelling in the past and constantly thinking about the future.

I believe that you create your happiness and what and who you surround yourself with, is what you will ultimately receive. So keep giving your best each day and focus on the good and positive!

Try not to second guess yourself. I overthink a lot of things and I feel like my instincts are usually right or lead me in the right direction but i spend alot of time second guessing and overthinking.

I do have a mantra: My mind is brilliant. My body is healthy. My spirit is tranquil. It can be different on some days, but they help improve my self-confidence and prepare me for what is to come during the day, especially mentally.

After having watched a very motivational video of an American general, I repeat to myself every morning: If you wanna change the world, start by making your bed!

My mantras are based on giving thanks (to God, to Life). When I awake I say " Thank you God for life and for the blessing of this new day."

I have always had an everyday mantra that “all will be well". It gives me the confidence to move through life even when things seem so tough and nothing seems to be going my way. Donny's mantra helped me to realize that even when your life isn't perfect, you can choose to be positive.

I honestly don't have one, but I think it's a good thing to have. Donny's mantra is actually really perfect. Maybe I'll borrow it? :eusa-think:

I have so many mantras but the one I say mostly occurs when I come across a hard task. I always tell myself that " I can do anything if I set my mind towards it" and this helps me in getting the task done although it would take much of my time.

There's no smaller good. Every act of kindness, no matter how little it may be, is as big as any other. It's better than not doing anything anyway.
