I really love Donnies mantra.

Every morning I say to myself, "The only true currency we have in life is the effect we have on those around us." It reminds me to be kind to everyone because you never know what others are going through.

Wow, I love your reminder, Donna! 💯% true and I can't agree more.

I don't have a proper mantra for everyday life, but I always propose to be more tolerant with those around me, regardless of the context in which I find myself. Also, I try to see the glass half full and to get rid of frustrations from the things that bother me.

To be honest, I don't have a particular mantra. But if I have a particular task that is difficult, I usually tell myself that I can do anything which I want to do and also that I can achieve anything.

This pep talk was one thing I learned from Donny, and I've decided to be using it. What I've decided to say is 'Every problem has a solution.' Someone told me that when I was having a challenge, and it stuck.

Lately, because of law school, I’ve been getting anxiety and wondering if I can actually do this. But I can. And I remind myself everyday.

I remind myself everyday that everything happens for a reason so I don’t want to occupy my mind with the worst.

Every morning I wake up and remind myself that every day is a blessing and will be what I make of it. In other words, my choices determine the kind of day I will have.

I tell myself; it is a great day. A blessing to be alive and I find at least one thing I am thankful for. Some days it is the smallest thing, yet it improves my mood and makes my day better.

Due to my tendency to be overly harsh on myself, I've experienced some problems. I need to be reminded that action over perfection is what matters. That's my mantara

When I was younger I used to always say "I don't believe in bad days". I don't feel exactly the same way anymore, now it's more like "I won't let my bad days control me". The core idea though is something that made Donny's mantra really resonate with me. I feel like choosing to be happy is powerful, and it's important for everyone to do that every day!

I don't have a morning mantra as such but I do have a pep line and it goes like.. 'Okay, Let's do this!' and then go on doing it.

My morning mantra is "Do good to feel good, don't do good to receive good, if however you receive good then feel twice as happy than before."

I don't have a particular mantra. But I usually try to remind myself "don't lose hope and keep trying". I think that's really important to keep going.
