Alright! A small act of kindness can change into greater things. Thank you for sharing, Dennis! The world would be better if all people do such kindness.

I always remind myself that I am the best version of myself. Therefore I think big and do not let the ups Nd downs in life retard my life expectations or self-esteem

I'm not sure if I have a mantra as such but I do like to remind myself to be grateful for everything I have. I also like to try and tell myself tough times will pass, and try and find something happy on every day.

I've been struggling with some personal challenges lately, finding it difficult to muster the motivation to get out of bed and face the day. However, despite how I may feel, I've adopted a simple morning mantra: 'Just try.' It's my gentle reminder that I don't have to strive for perfection; all I need to do is give my best effort today.

I can't say I have a specific mantra or pep talk but I do remind myself to put my best foot forward and not let any negativity get me down. Even if I fail in something I can always do it again or do something else to make up.

I don't have a specific or special mantra
But, I know within me that with the dawn of a new day is another opportunity to try again.

Not everyday, but every once in a while, I go "Today is a new opportunity for growth and success. I embrace each moment with enthusiasm and determination. I am capable, resilient, and ready to overcome any challenges that come my way. I choose to approach this day with a positive mindset, making the most of every opportunity that comes my way. I am grateful for the possibilities that lie ahead, and I will make today the best day it can be."

I try to remind myself in every situation that "I will be fine." This was something I learned from a friend and it allows me to patiently seek solutions to my issues instead of breaking down and worrying that they may turn out to be extremely bad.

I don't have a morning mantra, but I did affirmations daily a few years ago to help me gain confidence in certain areas of my life. Now that I have the confidence through experiences, I no longer feel that I need the daily affirmations. Highly recommend doing this for anyone who needs a confidence boost. One of mine was "you deserve everything you ask for". With an affirmation like that, how could I not accomplish my goals?

I don't particularly have a daily mantra, but usually before I sleep, I take my time to visualize how my next day would be, always trying to make it better than the previous day. Anyway, I liked Donny's positivity and mantra.

Whenever I come across any difficult task, I always tell myself that I can accomplish it. When I say this and put my mind towards achieving it, I always tend to achieve them. So my mantra every morning is "I can do it".

I always tell myself every day that I can do anything which I set my mind to do. Whenever I am faced with a difficult challenge I always remind myself that nothing is difficult for me to do.

Every morning I tell myself Good Morning and Win Today. It's my positive way of wishing myself a successful day ahead and a daily reminder that I am a winner and will always be. I never considered it a mantra anyway but I like Donny's mantra too. We should make the best of everyday! There is so much a day has to offer and we should be prepared for it.

Maybe it’s something I should do more often but if the day feels overwhelming I’ll take a minute to stop and plan what needs to be done and when.

I am taking notes from these discussions. I don't yet have a daily mantra practice, but some of your suggestions would be a great base to start one.
