This is an important question but according to me, I don't think you need to sacrifice the present or the future. Living a life without regrets mean enjoying life to its fullest, doing things that you wouldn't normally do; and always pushing forward. At the same time, it is necessary to keep a plan for the old age as well. If we have proper planning for our future and still we enjoy life in the present, it is the best course of life.
