The focus of Christian Espinosa's book "The Smartest Person in the Room" is emotional intelligence and how it affects both personal and professional success. The book emphasizes the distinction between knowing and controlling emotions, as well as how they affect our ability to succeed both personally and professionally. It cultivates in us the traits of relationship management and self-awareness. It demonstrates the real path to achievement and self-improvement. I must say there is a lot in the book to learn.
