Do I need to buy the book to review it, or do I get it for free? I just joined, and was under the assumption that it was the latter, but I’m now unsure.

Thank you for reaching out. Your first review isn't paid. Some books are free, while some books must be purchased. On your select tab, the book's format and the review payment are listed. If you selected the "self-purchase" option, you need to buy either an e-book or a hard copy.
