So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Hi, just to see if anyone else is getting this issue - maybe 3 or 4 times a week I try and visit these forums and get a 404 'server not found' message. Is anyone else unable to access the site?

Yes I have, but it does come back after a while. It may just be our bandwidth though...

I'm on two other book forums and have never encountered these problems....

people are dropping like flies here....understandably so....

WHY are probs not corrected ?...WHY are we never informed of reasons, thanked for our patience, or enlightened in general re a NON-FUNCTIONING board ?..

very rude, and unprofessional....

t'is a mystery...........

total " apathy " / disregard / and lack of respect to subject very busy ppl ( especially at this time of the year ) to a board that moves in SLOW MOTION , if at all...

the nerve!!!....

what are you thinking Scott?

Sorry, it is with regret that I have to add a comment on this thread. I have been having slow-mo problems, too.
I thought perhaps it was my Windows 8 upgrade but it doesn't seem to be getting any better and it's frustrating.
Love this website, don't love waiting for ages for a page to load.
