I really need help

sorry im unable to PM anyone on this so here it goes....

could anyone help me with the following:

1) removing my book to be reviewed
2) i used to be on RT but because I am an author therefore I can't review books. issue: I need to stop receiving emails about the status of a book I am supposed to review.
3) having the ability to PM again

there's no place i can write my concerns. its just three choices: the title of the book, this is not one requested a review, and this is not one of my books.
the choices just lead me to the book's page.
