Hi Joule,
I did come across the book on Amazon, but as I had previously obtained a free PDF of it from OnlineBookClub, I am unable to post a review on Amazon. Their policy rightly restricts reviews to verified purchasers. The Kindle version of the book is priced at over $5. Nevertheless, we can share our reviews on Goodreads. If there were an option to link our Goodreads profiles here, this issue would be resolved.

Hello. You mean you searched the book and didn't find it on Amazon? To leave a review on Amazon you must have spent at least $50 on Amazon. Have you reached that amount? If not checkout this post

Hi,
Thank you for your message. I did go through the messages in the forums you shared, but it was not very useful. I did however manage to submit a review of the book using my mobile amazon app. Waiting to see if it would be accepted by the amazon team now!
